## Steps:
1. Create psychological safety (friendly environment, playful Miro board, upbeat music, "make yourself at home", "no need to be perfect")
3. Connection activity
1. Connect with the topic: "What would you like to take away from this workshop? How will you know you have achieved the desired outcome?" (2-3 minutes)
2. Fill in accomplishment box (1 minutes)
3. Connect with other people: "What have you noticed? Anything you'd like to share" (<5 minutes)
4. Concepts & Concrete practice
1. Coloured Braindump (Connect with the topic): "What do you already know about the process? Put into a timeline": with stickies (not orange) (3-5 minutes)
1. AS MUCH STICKIES AS POSSIBLE
2. KICK-START: ONE DOMAIN EVENT
2. Pick Key Pivotal Events - "I need your help!"
1. Then, stack stickies into the shared timeline (3-4 minutes)
2. Fill in accomplishment box (What have we accomplished?): "Anything we have accomplished in this step?"
3. Frame Sorting
1. Explain a frame (it ends with a Pivotal Event)
2. Framing - "Every single sticky note inside a box": let learners putting the frames
4. Persons & Systems
1. Explain Persons & Systems
2. Put Persons & system to the map
3. Fill in the accomplishment box
5. Put into one time line (locally consistent clusters, globally inconsistency)
6. Try building a shared narrative (pick a volunteer)
1. Fill in accomplishment box (What have we accomplished?): "Anything we have accomplished in this step?"
6. Conclusion: "What are your take-aways from this workshops? How do you plan to use it in practice?"
