Coloured Braindump (Connect with the topic): "What do you already know about the process? Put into a timeline": with stickies (not orange) (3-5 minutes) 1. AS MUCH STICKIES AS POSSIBLE 2. KICK-START: ONE DOMAIN EVENT 2. Pick Key Pivotal Events - "I need your help!" 1. Then, stack stickies into the shared timeline (3-4 minutes) 2. Fill in the accomplishment box 5. Put into one time line (locally consistent clusters, globally inconsistency) 6. Try building a shared narrative (pick a volunteer) 1.
