I'm generally quite skeptical about using UI-based tools for data manipulation in production environments; I've seen edge-cases that were not covered, and problems with integrating the tool with the development life-cycle. At the same time, I'm excited to see new UI-based tooling appearing, such as the [Cloud DataPrep](https://cloud.google.com/dataprep/). I'm curious about the more sophisticated functionality and the improved user-experience. DataPrep might be interesting for data discovery.
